GHM RX USA Inc is a Delaware C Corporation, registered with the IRS; with US Headquarters in Austin, Texas with regional offices being established in Palm Beach, FL; Washington, DC; New York, NY; Chicago, Il, and Scottsdale Az. We will open additional regional offices as it makes sense. GHM RX USA Inc is registered with state authorities to operate legal in all 50 states. 


GHM RX USA Inc is a prescription fulfillment company that connects US employers and their employees directly with US only prescription fulfillment services. 


We nationally fill brand and specialty products while we have a network of independent, family owned, store front pharmacies that fill the generic orders. These small, independent operators are often the backbone of their communities and GHM RX USA Inc proudly partners with them to assist them in staying financially viable so they can support their communities.

We do not operate in the manner that PBMs operate, whether they are independent, transparent, fidicuriary ones (the ones you should use) nor are we part of the BUCCA gang owned by the major insurance companies – the PBM trio who shall not be named who control 80+ percent

what we do noT charge

GHM RX USA Inc does not charge any of the following industry standard charges:

We refuse to charge these. Co pays are a punishment tax on people because they got ill and need prescriptions to improve or stabilize their health. We are completely against co-pay fees and every time we get a new self-funded group to serve and the co-pay from the previous provider is no longer charged, the result is like a pay raise in the person’s monthly budget. 


This makes a big difference to families – and families and economic stability leads to a better societal outcome.

We refuse to do so since only those employees who are in need of prescriptions will use our service. We view these fees as one of the many negatives that our competitors engage in. We call it abuse of the Employer.

We refuse to charge these as not every employee will use our service. Why would we charge a 100 employee Self funded group X per employee, per month, if only perhaps 10 employees may use our service. We view this as financial abuse of the employer which we refuse to engage in. 

We have no sign up fees. We have 5 questions that need to be answered and then it takes approximately 2 hours to set up a client in our database. Once we receive the eligibility list along with the answers to our 5 Questions we are ready to fulfill prescription orders. We call this "Canadian Simple".
